Build a laboratory

Four ways to start a laboratory project

Tell us what you need in whatever form you already have it: a room and a budget, a tender document, a list of model numbers, or simply a question. Espranza has designed, supplied and commissioned teaching and testing laboratories from Cairo since 1989.

Choose the route that fits where you are

Every route reaches the same engineers in Cairo. Pick whichever needs the least work from you.

Route 01

Use the lab planner

Set the room size, the discipline and the number of student stations. The planner returns a bench layout you can rearrange, an equipment schedule and the services each station needs.

Best when you know the room but not yet the equipment. About five minutes, nothing to install.

Route 02

Send us an RFP or technical specification

Send your tender document, bill of quantities or specification sheet. We reply with the model we propose against each line, and we say plainly where we cannot meet a clause.

Best when a tender document or specification already exists. We reply within two working days.

Route 03

Search the catalogue yourself

Every product from the manufacturers we represent, searchable by model number, test standard, discipline and teaching level. Add what you need to a quote basket and send it as one request.

Best when you already know the models. Filter by ASTM, ISO, EN and BS test standards.

Route 04

Talk to the team

Message or call the Cairo office and speak to an engineer rather than to a form. Arabic and English.

Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Cairo time. WhatsApp is usually the fastest.

Send us an RFP or technical specification

Give us enough to reply usefully. If you already have a tender document, the fastest thing you can do is attach it.

A link to the tender document, bill of quantities or specification sheet on your own site or a shared drive. If you would rather send the file itself, email it to espranza@espranza.org or send it on WhatsApp to +202 2401 3244, quoting your organisation name.

Room size, discipline, number of student stations, the standards you must meet, and your timescale. Anything you know is useful; you do not need all of it.

Thank you. Your specification has reached the Espranza office in Cairo. We will reply within two working days.
Something went wrong and the form was not sent. Please email espranza@espranza.org or send the document on WhatsApp to +202 2401 3244.

Submissions go to the Espranza office in Cairo. We reply within two working days, in Arabic or English. If you would rather not use a form, WhatsApp +202 2401 3244 or email espranza@espranza.org.
