A teaching laboratory is a ten year asset. We hold parts and service the equipment for that long.

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled site visits under an annual contract

Inspection, cleaning, adjustment and safety checks

Calibration where the instrument requires it

Written report after every visit

Callout response for faults between visits

Spare parts

We commit to spare parts availability for ten years from handover on the equipment we supply. Fast moving consumables are held locally. Everything else is ordered against the manufacturer's part number from the list you were given at handover.
